Job descriptionProvide direct speech and language therapy to students in an intensive classroom setting. Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Conduct evaluations to track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with school and state regulations. Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License from the Colorado Board of Education (CBOE) . Experience in school-based settings preferred. Ability to work in an intensive classroom environment and adapt to varying student needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
