Physical Therapist - Contingent - River District Hospital, East China

Department : Physical Therapy- China Township- River District Hospital

CONTINGENT - Day shift -7 : 30am-5 : 00pm- OUT Patient PT experience preferred. Minimum Shift Requirements : Weekday with rotating weekends - Hours varied- clinic open 2 nights per week until 6 : 00pm

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.

Responsibilities :

Performs initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.

Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient / family.

Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.

Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

BLS Provider through the American Heart Association required

Current State of Michigan Licensure- Physical Therapy
