What You'll Do

Online orderfillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose the right products. This position is fast paced and involves shopping in all departments to fill online orders. Order fillers and delivery associates also dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. You may also need to juggle shopping for online customers while helping in-store customers. At Walmart, we offer competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and other great benefits. The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
