MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

QUALIFICATIONS : REQUIRED :

Completion of Surgical Tech Program or grandfathered; flexibility and strong organizational skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; excellent prioritization and follow through skills; ability to function professionally in urgent or emergent situations.

PREFERRED :

One year previous Obstetrics or Surgical experience; training in aseptic technique and environmental cleaning.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL / MENTAL DEMANDS :

Medium to heavy physical demands. Ability to stoop frequently, reach from floor to overhead level occasionally, push / pull up to 100 pounds frequently, lift up to 50 pounds. Work under daily stress and constant time demands.
