Resource Management Analyst (Supporting PST Business Hours)

Resource Management Analyst / 100% Remote / (6 Month Contract)

Work Requirement :   100% Remote – Priority will be given to candidates that reside in Pacific Standard Time Locations (also open to candidates that have proven experience supporting PST business hours).

• Personnel Data Analytics : this is NOT HR Data or PII, this is resource / capacity analysis
• Excel : Proficient in data analysis, reconciliation, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
• Microsoft Power BI : Capable of building insightful, data-driven dashboards and reports.
• Portfolio Management platforms - Clarizen : Experience with project tracking and portfolio management tools.
• Resource Management experience : Skilled in headcount planning, allocation, and utilization tracking.
• Executive Collaboration : Comfortable working with top leadership and managing high-visibility deliverables.
• Azure DevOps (ADO) : Experienced in tracking work items, managing backlogs, and sprint planning as this is our internal planning tool.

Job Description

Team Responsibilities

Project Staffing & Reporting :   Manage resource plans for the company's largest projects, ensuring proper staffing and providing comprehensive reporting. Provide data analysis on an individual project and aggregated level

Process Ownership :   Lead the end-to-end resource management process, continuously improving capabilities and efficiencies across the enterprise.

Soft Skills :   Effective Communicator : Lead discussions with project managers, people managers, and shared teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Detail-Oriented :   Deliver highly accurate data and reporting—especially critical for executive-level stakeholders.

Process Improvement Leadership :   Lead initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of our enterprise-wide resource management, including requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.

Independent & Driven :   Demonstrate strong initiative, managing responsibilities autonomously while meeting key deadlines.

Agile & Adaptable :   Thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivoting quickly to support urgent requests.

Deadline-Focused :   Consistently meet or exceed monthly deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr.
