Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Community / Home Based

Locations : Lowell, Lawrence, Leominster, Worcester, Fall River, Brockton and Framingham

5k-10k New Hire Bonus

Compensation includes base salary based on years of licensure and monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on location.

We have centered-based positions open in West Boylston and Beverly and home and community-based positions open in Brockton, Framingham, Fall River, Lowell, Lawrence, Leominster and Worcester.

Depending on location our positions include :

  • Part-time or full-time positions
  • 5000-$10,000 sign-on bonus depending on location
  • Monthly or Quarterly productivity bonuses depending on location

Job Duties :

  • Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
  • Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
  • Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
  • Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans.
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • LABA License required
  • BCBA Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
