In our Machining / Manufacturing / Assembly facility, you’ll partner with teammates in manual machining, saw cutting, assembly, and service to deliver premium parts.

- Can you plan jobs to minimize setup time and keep the workflow moving?
- Are you confident setting up machines and performing a rigorous first-piece inspection?
- Do you communicate clearly with Supervisors and Application Engineering / Programming to drive process improvements?
What You’ll Tackle
Operate CNC equipment in a low-volume, high-mix environment (5+ daily changeovers).Analyze, group, and schedule jobs to reduce setup time and maximize throughput.Set up machines efficiently; mount, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and parts with precision measuring instruments and hand tools.Conduct first-piece inspections using vernier calipers, micrometers, and drop dial indicators.Stop machines to remove finished pieces or adjust tooling / setup / piece placement per machining sequences.Transfer commands from servers to CNC modules via computer network links.Monitor lubrication and cooling during operations.Review program specifications / blueprints to set machine operations and sequencing, finished dimensions, and numerical control sequences.Handle other duties as assigned.Must-Haves
Some CNC programming experience.Average math capabilities (add, subtract, multiply, divide).Ability to read and understand instructions; straightforward oral communication skills.Physically able to lift, push, pull, and position components up to 50 lbs and stand an entire 8 to 10-hour shift.Reliable team player.Nice-to-Haves
Minimum three years’ machine shop experience, or one year with vocational school graduation.Familiarity with basic machining practices and materials; general mechanical knowledge.Your Impact
