Hours : 40 hours per week
Compensation : Starting pay $80,000-$87,000 annually, depending on experience

The Director of Community Engagement and Philanthropy is a visionary leader responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies that enhance the organization’s visibility, deepen community relationships, and drive philanthropic support. This role oversees all aspects of external communications, brand management, marketing initiatives, community outreach, and fundraising efforts to advance the mission and strategic goals of the organization.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for communications, marketing, community engagement, and fundraising.
Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.
Design and execute annual fundraising plans, including major gifts, grants, campaigns, and events.
