Clearance Required : Position requires an active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Experience Level : (8–10 Years)

Certifications Required : Project Management Professional (PMP) or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification (required)

MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager, Senior High Mid-Level , with a Top-Secret Clearance and a strong background in IT transformation projects and program management. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in leading complex initiatives, coordinating across stakeholders, and delivering measurable results. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage IT transformation projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and performance reporting.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risk / issue tracking.
• Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Provide oversight for risk management, quality assurance, and performance metrics reporting.
• Manage budget planning, acquisition planning, and programmatic support activities.
• Support governance processes by preparing project documentation, briefs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, best practices, and quality management frameworks.
