Job descriptionReviews orders / prescriptions for clarity Provides concise, accurate, relevant, and timely drug information to physicians, nurses, other health care professionals, patients, and families Initiates and documents clinical interventions Assists in the training of new staff members and the continued training of other staff members. Pharmacists may be assigned responsibilities in special function areas of the department, including (but not limited to) home infusion, critical care, manufacturing, and ambulatory care.
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Hospital Clinical Pharmacist to join an Award-winning hospital facility located in the state of Illinois. This is a day shift schedule. Interested candidates should have their bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD. Inpatient Hospital experience is desired.
