Manufacturing Engineer
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer supports production operations by improving manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, and overall product quality. This role focuses on troubleshooting, process optimization, and technical problem-solving to ensure efficient and safe plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead and support installation, validation, and optimization of new equipment and systems.
- Conduct quality checks and process audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Analyze production data to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and preventive maintenance plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and small-scale change initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Plan and prioritize daily engineering activities to meet production goals.
- Support training and knowledge transfer to maintenance and production teams.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to strengthen technical expertise.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with exposure to process or equipment engineering.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation, and safety regulations.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.Customer-focused and proactive approach to problem-solving.Commitment to learning and professional growth.
