System Installations & Programming
Program new and existing Savant control systems and Lutron lighting / shading systemsInstall and configure wired and wireless networking hardwareFabricate and wire equipment racks, ensuring clean layouts and secure terminationsTerminate and test Cat5 / 6, coaxial, and fiber cabling with precisionTroubleshooting & Tech Support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with both new and legacy systemsProvide support to fellow team members and offer guidance when neededInterface directly with clients to ensure optimal performance and satisfactionRequirements
5+ years of AV integration experience in residential or commercial settingsStrong grasp of network infrastructure—routers, firewalls, managed switches, WiFi APsProficient using both PC and Mac platformsSolid knowledge of control systems and best practices in calibration and testingAbility to read schematics, follow build plans, and adapt in real-timeClear communicator with a clean driving record and valid driver’s licenseMust pass a comprehensive background checkWhere & When
