Position : Medical Billing Coordinator

Duration : Direct Hire

Location : Alpharetta, GA (Fully Onsite)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Full Time)

Compensation : $20-$25 / hr (based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Coordinator with full revenue cycle experience to support a growing behavioral health organization. This individual will be responsible for managing billing from charge entry through reimbursement and follow-up, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete revenue cycle process, including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Investigate and resolve claim denials and discrepancies to ensure timely reimbursement
• Communicate with insurance providers to verify coverage and clarify claim requirements
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing statements and balances in a professional and compassionate manner
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain accurate patient and billing records
