Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Remote (Michigan Residents Only)

We are seeking a fully remote Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about rural healthcare and providing compassionate, patient-centered care for adult and geriatric populations . The ideal candidate has experience with value-based care models , risk adjustment factors (RAFs) , and chronic and complex care management .
Candidates must live in Michigan and be credentialed with BCBS and Aetna in the state to qualify.

- Salary range : $110,000 $130,000 per year
- W2, full-time position with benefits
- Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (includes 2 hours of built-in administrative time)
