Warehouse Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and stage incoming shipments of consumer electronics, servers, networking equipment, and other IT hardware.
  • Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders or intake records using RF handheld devices.
  • Inspect inventory for damage or defects and document findings.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Track inventory movement and maintain daily logs.
  • Scan items into inventory systems and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist with periodic audits and quality checks.
  • Pick, pack, and label units for shipment.
  • Build boxes and cartons, load / unload trucks, and put away units using pallet jacks.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
  • Safely move and position hardware for disassembly using carts, lifts, or pallet jacks.
  • Disassemble servers, desktops, laptops, and other electronics using hand and power tools.
  • Remove internal components (CPUs, RAM, drives, etc.) and sort parts into designated bins.
  • Identify reusable components and separate hazardous materials for proper disposal.
  • Follow ISO and R2 / e-waste recycling standards and internal protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Report non-conformities and participate in ISO training and awareness programs.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and ensure proper handling of sharp edges, heavy equipment, and electronic components.
  • Inventory organization and maintenance skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Preferred Qualification

  • 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • 1+ year of industrial forklift experience (strongly preferred).
  • $20 - $22 an hour
