BFT programming is designed to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and

work through different planes of movement. BFT is a science-backed program that elite athletes

use, made accessible for the general population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and

invest in each member’s journey.

brand, community and experience to all people, everywhere.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Exhibit and satisfy all duties & responsibilities that exist for a BFT coach
• Deliver pre-designed sessions / workouts to groups of up to 24 clients in studio and at pop-up events
• Energize and motivate clients throughout class
• Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
• Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
• Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
• Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
