About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Partnerships and Account Management for a pivotal senior leadership role. This includes driving usage, demonstrating measurable impact, and securing long-term funding. The role involves close collaboration with internal leaders, state and system stakeholders, and community partners to develop and deliver a strategic roadmap that ensures contract renewal and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-value, complex partnerships in the public sector, particularly within the behavioral health and education sectors, and a deep understanding of the state's policy landscape and funding mechanisms. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior-level experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or digital health. The role requires exceptional strategic planning, program management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the most senior levels. A data-driven and outcomes-oriented approach, as well as a proven track record in relationship building and stakeholder influence, are essential. The candidate must be willing to travel across the state and be adept at leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
