Pay Information

$85 per hour

About The Position

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner - Indiana, 3 Days / Week, No Call

Outpatient-only assignment in Lafayette with a light patient load and flexible weekday schedule.

Highlights

  • No call or weekends; enjoy true work-life balance
  • Just 3 weekdays / week (Mon, Tue, Thu)
  • Low volume; 10-12 patients / day
  • Fast start with quick credentialing

Practice Setting

  • Team-based clinic with MD, 2 NPs, RNs, CMAs, and admin staff
  • Outpatient family medicine for all ages
  • EMR : Athena

    • Schedule

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
  • 7 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM with 1-hour lunch
  • 30 hours per week
  • Initial 60-day contract with extension possible

    • Cases and Procedures

  • General primary care
  • DOT and employment physicals
  • No procedures required

    • Requirements

  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Active Indiana license and DEA
  • DOT certification preferred but not required

    • Travel Accommodations
