Hours : Monday - Friday 2 : 30 pm - 6 : 00 pm

Job Description :

Apollo After School is partnering with Fullerton to offer engaging after-school programs focused on hands-on learning social-emotional growth and fun. Were hiring caring creative staff Site Directors to lead safe high-quality experiences for students. Join us and make a difference.

As an Apollo Site Director your responsibilities will be :

• Provide a high-quality learning environment and manage activities that extend the school day.
• Manage daily program operations and logistics in coordination with Apollo leadership and the schools management team ensuring collaboration and alignment with school policies and expectations.
• Actively participate as a member of the schools management team contributing to daily coordination planning and problem-solving efforts.
• Ensure the safety and security of children enrolled at all times.
• Supervise all aspects of your sites before and after-school program including direct supervision of children as part of the daily staff-to-student ratio when needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all participants parents school staff and administration. Communicate regularly with students parents / guardians during pick-up times working together on student successes and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records attendance and dismissal data (including incident and accident reports inventory and parent communication). Meet all data entry deadlines.
• Gather review and use program data for continuous improvement and parent communication.
• Assess and solve problems associated with the supervision of PK8 students ensuring smooth daily operations and high program quality.
