Homemakers is looking to add a Customer Account Manager to our service team. This person should have a strong desire to help others and show a genuine empathy to customers.
If you are computer savvy and have customer facing experience, then are looking forward to hearing from you.
Wages : $22 per hour
Schedule : Will include one weekend day in regular schedule.
Summary :
- Act as a liaison between our customers, all company departments and manufactures to effectively resolve any and all customer issues and to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Promptly, professionally, and courteously answers phone calls from our customers and maintain a ready statusAnswer and maintain an acceptable level of calls per hour and maintain an acceptable call timeAssist customers, team members and other team members with product knowledge, questions, and warranty issuesPrioritize duties and manage time to work effectively to handle sensitive and heavy workloadResearch customer buying history in order to obtain customer and / or product information needed to effectively resolve customer concernsResponsible for processing, coordinating and scheduling furniture deliveries, pick-ups, service calls, part orders, extended warranty claims, returns and exchanges of defective product based on scheduling availability and stock levelsMaintain and follow up with customer accounts in a timely mannerAlways maintain professional appearance and a calm positive professional manner, particularly in stressful situationsWork at schedule times, work nights and weekends and overtime as neededPositive and cooperative attitude and approach to both customers and Homemakers employeesMotivation to exceed customer’s needs and expectationsPerform in an independent, self-starting capacity and assist Customer Relations Manager with a minimum degree of supervisionMaintain professional appearance and hygiene in accordance with dress code policiesProvides feedback to management regarding efficiencies, safety, productivity, etc.Follow all operational and safety proceduresThe above responsibilities and additional duties may vary as assignedEducation / Work Experience :
High School or GED1-2 years retail and / or customer service experience preferredQualifications :
Basic computer skillsExceptional phone etiquette skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong verbal communication and problem-solving skillsPhysical Expectations :
Extended sitting at desk for work on a computerTyping skills of 35 net wpmStrong 10-key / data entry skillsProofreading SkillsEnvironmental Conditions
