Job Summary :
The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The position may require floating between units and working weekends.

Required Skills & Certifications :
