Job descriptionActive Registered Nurse license in the state of working. Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills Minimum two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work Specialities in Medical / Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room May float between units. Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire required. 5-6 shifts per 6 weeks schedule. Weekends are required.
Job Summary :
The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The position may require floating between units and working weekends.
