Energy Litigation Associate - Denver Office / Remote

Are you ready to grow your legal career in a dynamic, high-impact environment? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Engergy Attorney to join our thriving team in Denver, CO !

What We’re Looking For :

  • Active Colorado license
  • O-5 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
  • Previous work in energy and mineral resources law
  • Eagerness to take on additional responsibilities, including drafting and editing deeds, leases, assignments, agreements, and other real estate-related contracts

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Examine and analyze complex title documentation with precision
  • Draft clear, concise, and reliable title opinions
  • Identify, resolve, and cure title defects efficiently
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate agreements and contracts
  • Maintain the highest standards of client and Firm confidentiality
