Senior Application Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Application Security Engineer to join our team and contribute to securing Integral Ad Science (IAS) applications and products. As a vital member of the Application Security team, you will collaborate with various Product and R&D teams to ensure the IAS Platform and our architectural framework remain secure and compliant. We are a dedicated and growing group, committed to securing IAS through industry best practices and our collective experience. What you'll get to do :

• Define, plan, and implement IAS' security framework and application protections.
• Develop security standards and best practices for the R&D organization, and recommend security enhancements to management as needed.
• Develop strategies to respond to and recover from security vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Build automations to streamline repetitive tasks and processes.
• Educate the workforce on the fundamentals of application security through training and security awareness programs.
• Pursue security training and certifications.
• Evaluate and recommend additional tools to enhance our application security posture.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure a secure DevOps release cycle.
