We are currently looking for an LPN Supervisor for our night shift. This position is Monday through Friday from 11 PM to 7 : 30 AM, including holiday and on-call rotation.

What you'll be doing :

• Conducting resident triage and follow-ups with primary care providers, family, and emergency services.
• Supporting the Health & Wellness Director in managing a team of professionals through guidance, education, and support.
• Completing medication and care assignments during your shift.
• Conducting quality assurance audits.
