Job Description:

Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Full-time Physical Therapist to join a large facility with 155 beds committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to our residents.

Facility Details:

• Total Beds: 155
• Short-Term Rehabilitation Rating: Average

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, contributing to their overall rehabilitation and recovery process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including nursing and other therapy staff, to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the physical therapy needs of residents.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning of resident care activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and resident progress.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, promoting their well-being and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
