VP of Legal Services

A company is looking for a VP of Legal Services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of ETF registration statements and related filings

Create and manage timelines for registration-related filings

Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external legal counsel and service providers

Required Qualifications

Two or more years of ETF or mutual fund registration statement experience

Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent related experience

Knowledge of Form N-1A and SEC EDGAR filing form types

Strong Microsoft Word skills and ability to adapt to new software

Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations applicable to ETFs is desired but not required
