Job Description :

Support the IT Service Delivery team during an office relocation project. Responsibilities include setup and decommissioning of workstations, troubleshooting hardware / network issues, validating connectivity, and assisting end-users during move-in. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations and provide on-site technical support during the transition period.

Key Skills :

• PC setup, cabling, and peripheral configuration
• Network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP phones)
• Windows / Mac OS support
• Clear communication and problem resolution under tight timelines
• Experience with IT relocations or similar deployments preferred
