Program Manager Of CFTSS

We serve children and adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities, children experiencing mental health challenges and children who cannot remain at home and require foster care placement including children who are Unaccompanied Refugee Minors who come to the United States from around the world.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager of CFTSS will provide administrative and clinical supervision (where licensure applies), and conduct performance reviews for CFTSS staff. Provide initial and ongoing training to CFTSS staff. Ensure program compliance with statutory and licensing requirements, and complete all required documentation in a timely and thorough manner. Review and manage the referral, intake and authorization process for CFTSS services. Provide supervisory oversight of referrals, billing logs and discharges. Provide direct OLP, CPST and PSR services as needed depending on licensure and program capacity. Coordinate with the Medicaid Managed Care Liaisons on service authorizations and related items. Plan and attend meetings related to CFTSS services, and interface and collaborate with all Toomey Residential programs. Serve as a resource for CFTSS clinical staff and represent the CFTSS team to partners and outside agencies.
Qualifications
Master's degree with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in child welfare, mental health, and working with children and families. Prior staff supervisory experience and LCSW, or related clinical licensure is preferred. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is preferred or Licensed Master Social Worker when under the supervision of an LCSW. Successful completion of the required credentialing process including criminal background check, and State Central Registry clearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, knowledge of best practices working with children and families, and demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
