What You'll Do as a Fixed Asset Analyst

As a Fixed Asset Analyst, you will :

• Maintain and update fixed asset policies and guidelines, communicating changes to stakeholders.
• Review, process, and record fixed assets for new builds, remodels, and existing locations, including invoice reclassifications and retirements.
• Analyze invoices and documentation to ensure proper application of capitalization policies.
• Prepare and post accrual journal entries for depreciation, retirement estimates, and unmatched purchase orders and invoices for assets in service.
• Collaborate with departments to allocate expenditures and record assets as projects progress.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and track transferred assets.
• Reconcile Construction in Progress (CIP) accounts.
• Allocate and record capitalized overhead.
• Support special projects and ad hoc tasks as a Fixed Asset Analyst.
