Job Details

Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, discovery documents

Maintain case files and track deadlines (statutes, court dates, filings)

Client communication—calls, emails, intake follow-ups

Coordinate with experts, medical providers, and vendors

Support attorneys on depositions, hearings, trials

Assist with trial prep (binders, exhibits, witness lists, logistics)

Organize and index medical records, bills, and evidence

Ideal Qualifications :

At least 2 years’ experience in litigation support or PI environment

Strong written and verbal communication

Detail orientation, ability to juggle competing priorities

Familiarity with legal case management software (e.g. Clio, MyCase, Filevine) is a plus

Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a bonus
