Required Skills : -
Must have at least 5 years of hands-on development experience in Mainframe, ADABAS / NATURAL, JCL, TSO and Utilities
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, Team Player, and Dynamic Thinker
- Detailed technical understanding of data and technical database design
- Develop Ad-hoc reports, extracts and processes using ADABAS / NATURAL and JCL
- Full software lifecycle experience from requirements thru implementation and production support
- Experience developing functional and technical design documents from business requirements
