As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Fri 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Sun 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and observe activities to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client requirements.

Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed during incidents and / or emergencies.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and offer assistance as needed.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
