Travel Critical Care RN – Surgical Step Down (Nights)

Location : Syracuse, NY

Unit : Adult Cardiac / Trauma Surgical Step Down

Start Date : 09 / 12 / 2025

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Shift : 12-hour Nights | Every other weekend & some holidays

HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Critical Care RNs for a night shift assignment in the Adult Cardiac / Trauma Surgical Step Down Unit in Syracuse, NY. This role requires strong critical care skills in a high-acuity, fast-paced Level I / II trauma setting.

Position Details : 12-hour night shifts

Surgical Step Down Unit (Cardiac / Trauma focus)

Must work every other weekend & select holidays

Previous EPIC experience strongly preferred

Level I or II trauma experience required

Qualifications :

Current NY RN License (or eligibility)

BLS required (must be able to be recertified)

Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years) in a hospital of equal or greater size / trauma level

Strong assessment and patient care skills with minimal orientation needed

EPIC EMR experience preferred
