Job descriptionArmed Security : 4 years (Preferred) License / Certification : D license (Required) G license (Required) Driver's License (Required) Firearm (Required) Perform armed foot and / or vehicle patrols (interior and / or exterior) Control access and egress Monitor CCTV and alarm systems Compose reports and document incidents Deter criminal activity and misconduct Major Medical, Dental, Vision Paid vacation Industry-leading training Work Perks employee discount program FREE UNIFORMS with no deposit Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle Identify and report irregularities or hazards Sound alarms or contact emergency services when needed Warn violators of infractions Manage entry points and monitor access Investigate incidents and prepare reports Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally High school diploma or equivalent Current armed security officer license issued by Florida Pass a mental health assessment Verifiable work history if previously employed Effective communication skills Active listening and situational assessment skills Attention to detail At least 21 years old or higher as per state law Legal right to work in the U.S. Flexible work schedule Reliable transportation Pass all company driving requirements Complete all required training Operate communication equipment effectively Interact cordially with the public Subject to drug screening If prior military, provide DD214 discharge document Indoor and outdoor environments with temperature variations Physical activities include walking, standing, speaking, listening, observing Minimal stooping or kneeling required
