Job descriptionStable full-time schedule with potential for shift flexibility Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Paid time off and opportunities for continuing education Supportive team environment focused on quality and safety Opportunity to contribute to patient safety through excellent sterile processing practices High school diploma or equivalent Experience in sterile processing or central sterile services preferred Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Certification in sterile processing (CSPDT or equivalent) preferred but not required Experience in a hospital or surgical setting a plus Previous experience in central sterile or related field preferred New candidates with relevant training or education are encouraged to apply
Position Overview
- Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
- Inspect, assemble, and package instruments for surgical procedures
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of sterile supplies
- Operate sterilization equipment and perform routine maintenance checks
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols
- Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to support patient care
