Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office, Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role :

You engage with C-level executives with ease, forging partnerships built on trust and transparency. You love talking high-level strategy and illustrating the broader business impact beyond clicks and conversions, but aren't afraid to jump in the weeds. You'll do the hard work of balancing "high ranking" on Google and "high thanking" with humans alongside our team who's committed to helping clients rank well and helping people find answers. You'll roll up your sleeves in a heartbeat to help a team member understand how it's done. Your passion for people and 'team' is unprecedented. In fact, you might just be the Team Lead we've been dreaming about.

Role Highlights

• You will be a key player in growing divisional revenue, primarily through retaining your portfolio of clients, with a healthy dose of up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate
• You will build and maintain strong client relationships rooted in empathy, transparency, with the desire to help them exceed their goals
• You will manage and shape the development of more junior team members, understanding their goals and guiding them towards new growth opportunities
• You will help define the SEO team of tomorrow, hopping in on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting new members for your awesome team
• You will drive thought leadership through sharing knowledge about the latest industry trends, tests and trials, both with Seer's clients and the larger digital marketing community
• You understand that AI has a critical role to play in how we service clients, so you'll leverage new tools to drive efficiencies in not only your own workflows, but test and share learnings for the benefit of the greater team
