Join CIBC's Operational Resilience Team
You'll be joining CIBC's Operational Resilience team and will have dual responsibilities in driving the TI&I department's resolution planning activities and executing and enhancing on reporting and analytics priorities for the Operational Resilience team. Operational resilience is an organization's ability to detect, prevent, respond to, recover and learn from operational disruptions that may impact delivery of important business and economic functions or underlying business services. You'll lead complex projects to meet regulatory requirements for resolution planning and drive efficiencies in our resolution planning efforts. You will execute on existing reporting and analytics deliverables and work with key stakeholders to take our function to the next level with innovative metrics and analytics.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $135,000- $155,000 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
