Compliance & Safety : Knowledgeable in adhering to rules and maintaining food safety standards, including managing expiration dates, prep amounts, and reducing waste. Labor & Cost Control : Skilled in managing labor hours, minimizing costs, and optimizing operational efficiency. Administrative Competence : Proficient in completing essential administrative duties. Time Management : Excellent ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize job responsibilities effectively. Physical Requirements : Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day. Availability : Approximately 45 hours per week, Available to work on weekends. Leadership & Attention to Detail : Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to high standards. Customer Service : Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Competitive Compensation : Assistant Store Manager : Starting at $74,000 per year plus biannual bonuses , with opportunities for salary increases upon promotion. Store Manager : Starting at $80,600 per year plus biannual bonuses . We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Palo Alto location, with the potential to grow into the Acting Store Manager role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, directing, managing, and coordinating sales, service, food preparation, employee management, and operational functions in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Direct Supervisor and headquarters to ensure operational efficiency, cost management, and maximized profitability.
- Support the team in achieving optimum performance by fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Execute company standards to maintain quality, consistency, and excellent customer satisfaction.
