OTL, Clinic Manager Outpatient Onsite and Hybrid Therapy Clinic, WA 120K plus profit share.

New opportunity has come open for an Occupational Therapist seeking to advance into a Clinic Manager role. Clinic treats orthopedic, neurological and post operative conditions. Opportunity offers a leadership mentorship program for an OT seeking next steps in career track. This is an excellent opportunity for a OT to work fulltime days in our unique clinic that offers in person and hybrid-virtual patient care. Clinic Manager oversees 5 clinic employees and daily clinic operations. Treats one on one 45 mins case load of about 8 patients per day with dedicated administrative hours. Requires active Occupational Therapy License in the State of WA upon start date. Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience. CPR Certification. Ideal candidate has good communication and leadership skills. Willing to learn operations and managing a team.

Compensation up to 120K base plus profit share up to 10%, sign on and relocation. Excellent RTM bonus, 401(k) with 4 % match, 120 PTO hours, 6 observed holidays. Healthcare, Dental, and Vision insurance with standard contribution to premiums with option to opt out and receive $200 stipend per pay period. Continuing education to maintain state license requirements through Medbridge and $1000 allowance. Yearly license renewal cost covered. Student loan stipend option, laptop provided by clinic.
