The Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the accounting department and ultimately enhancing our service delivery to business partners. This role performs many accounting, customer service, and organizational tasks to promote the financial health of our organization. This is an in-person full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients and internal team members to resolve any billing inconsistencies or errors, and answer any questions
- Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to clients
- Record payment history, upcoming payment information, and financial data into Sage Intacct accounting software
Skills
Excellent verbal, written, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with the entire Finance department.Able to anticipate needs, innovate and flourish in a high volume, fast paced environmentProven ability to adapt and be flexible to change.Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Corrigo, and UtilizeCore systems preferred.Ability to apply initiative and judgment to define and perform tasks, sometimes complex, and see the bigger picture.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred1+ years of related work experienceGeneral understanding of the facilities service industry is a plusRequirements :
