Job description

Vanner Inc. is a team of dedicated drivers and professionals committed to providing the highest level of service in the transportation industry. Compensation

  • Average Annual Pay : $85,000

Base 70 CPM with an average of 10,000+ miles monthly

  • All miles paid

    • Bonuses :

    Referral bonus : $1,200 ($100 a month up to 12 months)

  • Safety Bonus : 5CPM 8+ MPG with no DOT violations or at fault accidents / incidents in the month
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

    • Home Time, Route, & Schedule

  • Home Time : Approximately out 3 weeks, home 4-5 days (longer if needed)
  • Route : Run all 48
  • Level of Touch : No Touch Freight

    • Some drop and hook

  • Some live load and unload

    • Equipment

  • 2024 or newer Volvo Freightliner with Sleepers
  • Automatic
  • Governed speed : 70 mph
  • Outward facing camera only

    • Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 2-years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • No more than 2 moving violations or any preventable accident / incident in the last year
  • No DUI / DWIs in last 5 years
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • Drivers must live within the following states : Nebraska, Florida, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, S. Carolina, N. Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Arkansas, Ohio, Louisiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Illinois, New York, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama
