Job Summary :

The Ashbrook Hotel is looking to hire a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for the guests.

Responsibilities :

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Perform thorough bathroom cleaning, including scrubbing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and replenishing toiletries.
• Vacuum and / or mop floors in guest rooms and common areas.
• Handle guest requests for extra amenities like pillows, blankets, or towels.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage observed in guest rooms to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing their concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
