Overview

Senior Home Lending Advisor - Spring TX at JPMorganChase. Join our Chase Home Lending team to apply your knowledge of home lending products as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, supported by the Home Lending team. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting Chase's financial products.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts and other programs.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, and operates within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.

Licensing and Compliance

This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on JPMorgan Chase's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and other information relevant to determining financial responsibility, good character, and fitness for the position. A felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Employment remains contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act / Dodd-Frank requirements, and successful registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you will be required to register or update your NMLS record and maintain annual renewal and updates.
