• Monday - Friday schedule or 4 ten-hour shifts available
• 24 - 26 patients per day with 30% no-show ratio
• Treatment of ages 2+ for chronic care and acute walk-ins
• Focus on chronic conditions including COPD, diabetes and thyroid disorders
• Hospital privileges required
