The Project Controls Engineer will play a critical role in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, with a focus on data center construction. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning : Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
• Cost Management : Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, and forecasts, and support the implementation of cost control measures.
• Contract Familiarity : Interpret contracts related to planning and scheduling, ensuring all project activities comply with contractual obligations.
• Construction Drawings : Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to support effective project planning and execution.
• Metrics Development : Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess project performance and progress.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on project status, schedule performance, and potential risks to project management and stakeholders.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and procurement, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues impacting project schedules and costs, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of project controls processes and tools, enhancing overall project performance.
