Job Title : Superintendent

Location : Austin, TX

Position Summary :

My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Superintendent to oversee the ground-up construction of Commercial projects across Austin, TX . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, subcontractors, safety compliance, scheduling, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate all field activities on assigned construction sites across Austin, TX.
• Manage daily operations, subcontractor scheduling, and site logistics.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and building codes.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress photos, and reports.
• Lead weekly subcontractor and safety meetings.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site and properly managed.
