What You’ll Do

Perform the essential functions outlined in the job description of an Occupational Therapist I.

Provide expert occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.

Help patients restore function, prevent disability, and improve quality of life.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Support the department by overseeing and keeping records of equipment maintenance and department supplies.

Maintain documentation and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Adapt your schedule as needed, working on a PRN basis with no long-term commitment.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure : National registration and Indiana license (or eligibility).

Experience : At least 2 years of recent clinical OT experience preferred.

Certifications : Current BCLS (CPR) certification.

Skills : Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and ability to work independently.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

Outpatient clinical setting requiring physical stamina and dexterity.

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed.

Exposure to standard clinical hazards with adherence to safety protocols.
