North Star American Bistro is looking to add experienced servers, passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing the best guest experience, to join our already seasoned team.

If youre looking for an opportunity, whether its part-time or full-time, where you can build strong relationships and foster rapport with a devoted and loyal customer base and work alongside other team-oriented individuals with confidence that youre serving a high-quality product, then youve come to the right place.

Position Requirements :

  • 2+ years of previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Must have availability to work nights and weekends with a start time between 3 : 30 and 4 : 00
  • Demonstrate consistency in punctuality and reliability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, with a commitment to continue learning
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly
  • Excellent customer service, including strong communication skills, attentiveness to customer needs, and the ability to handle various requests quickly and appropriately

    • We offer a flexible schedule for full-time and part-time employees.

    We also provide a very reasonable closing time of 8 : 00p M-W and 9 : 00p Th-Sa and are closed every Sunday and most holidays.

    Benefits are available for full-time employees (32+ hours per week) after a 90-day probationary period.
