Job descriptionPrepare invoices for data entry Sort and match invoices and check requests Prepare, process, distribute and mail accounts payable checks Prepare and code vehicle maintenance invoices Reconcile vendor statements Respond to vendor and store inquiries Investigate and respond to accounts payable issues Filing Office experience working with data entry and numbers Accounts payable or general accounting knowledge is highly preferred Basic Excel knowledge entering data into existing spreadsheets Computer savvy to learn new software Maddenco or AS400 software is a plus

Pay Rate : $17 / hour with potential to increase at time of hire
Hours : Full time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work between the hours of 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Monday-Friday
Length : Temporary to hire
Location : Green Bay, WI (on-site)
