Stress Management : The kitchen environment can be fast-paced and high-pressure, so the ability to handle stress and stay focused is essential. Availability : Grill cooks often work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Napa Bistro & Wine Bar at Stonecrest is looking for a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to bring bold flavors and sizzling energy to our kitchen. If you love working the grill, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in perfectly cooked dishes, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Mastering the grill to prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and sandwiches to perfection
- Prepping and marinating ingredients to ensure every dish is flavorful and fresh
- Ensuring every plate meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation
- Coordinating with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and timely
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and up to food safety standards
- Staying up-to-date on our menu and daily specials so you can answer questions or accommodate requests
- Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs to the kitchen manager
- Pitching in wherever needed—whether it’s plating, prep, or helping teammates
